Advantages of being an exhibitor at this conference:
- Exhibit includes continuous raffles for attendees, open bar, and heavy hors d'oeuvres
- Great networking opportunities at the exhibit, planned social events, and meals

- Exhibitor representatives are welcome to join the general assembly for presentations on the exhibit day (not Q&A or general sessions)
- Attendees are primarily the decision makers responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment and services at power stations

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to ensure an interesting mix of exhibits, we have been asked by our members to limit the number of companies that provide similar services. Therefore, the first company that registers and is PAID IN FULL will be confirmed. All others providing similar services will be put on a waiting list in the order their registration forms are received. Register early to ensure your space.
Exhibitor Fees
- Exhibit space and one representative = $1,500
- Additional representatives = $1,200 each
Included in the registration fee:
- A complete attendee list after the conference
- Attendance at Monday evening Welcome Reception
- Attendance at Tuesday's technical presentations
- Attendance at buffet lunch on Tuesday
- Exhibit space includes one 6' skirted table, chairs, electricity (if needed)
- Complimentary drinks and hors'd oeuvres during Tuesday evening exhibit
